Gentle Yoga for Seniors
This gentle class for seniors is predominantly taught on a chair. It is for students who want to improve or maintain muscle strength, support their spine health, and cultivate balance. This ‘Can Do’ class will boost your feeling of well-being, and build confidence in your body. Props are used to support poses and give feedback to help increase understanding of a pose. Lisa is a fully qualified Physical Therapist and is very experienced teaching students with issues such as osteoporosis, arthritis and joint issues.
