I designed this men-only class to address the fact that men’s bodies are so different to womens’ - we target the strength zones of the upper body and we challenge flexibility issues in the legs. This weekly class of yoga brings balance if you are the kind of man that cycles, runs or attends the gym. It also suits the man who wants to just learn yoga and maintain mobility. All levels welcome.

Due to Covid Restrictions, studio classes are currently not running.
