Back to basics week
It’s now been a year since we’ve had to change how we practice, and what a year it’s been! What started out as simply a way to stay connected and keep us all sane has turned into a different, but just as enjoyable, way to keep up our yoga practice.
This week will be about getting back to a basics. Each day will be different but will be suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced students, so this is the perfect week to send your zoom invite for FREE to a friend, family member or anyone that has been meaning to give yoga a try out but not quite got there.
