I like to explain movements in a way that everyone can understand so that you can really enjoy your class.  Both beginners and experienced students can deepen their practice and create a base from which to explore their Yoga journey.

My passion is body movement. I am curious about the human body and how it responds to different ways of moving. As a child, ballet and gymnastics were my passions. As an adult, I’ve explored many types of yoga, but nothing resonated until I found Iyengar Yoga. I am currently studying how the Reformer can complement and support yoga practice.

The Reformer is a full-body experience as your mind and body co-ordinate to focus on breathing, posture & positioning. This results in improved strength, flexibility, and balance. It also gives you an endorphin kick!

I hope to bring you new classes, using this incredible piece of equipment in 2021 – watch this space!
